Our Specialty Ethiopian Roast is grown primarily in the Oromia regions at 1,900-2,200 MALS. Fruits are transported to the Benti Neka washing station where they are carefully pulped, fermented and dried. These methods highlight the cherries growing conditions, region and character providing a G2 Ethiopian coffee. with notes of honey, lemon & lime, pear and tea-like characters of a light sweet roast and exceptional acidity. We recommend using this roast in your pour over or as an exceptional light roast espresso.
